To get a custom print, email us at jtprints2026@outlook.com attached with the link to your file

You will then be sent a bill or an invoice via the email you sent the link from. Once you have paid the bill or invoice. We will start your print. The custom piece should then arrive in a 1 day to 2 week period.

We try to deliver our prints as fast as possible, if your print does not arrive, please email us through jtprints2026@outlook.com and report your issue. We will then give you a full refund.
